We work on both flat-rate and hourly projects, depending on what's best for you. Flat rate projects always include a set number of revisions; additional revisions will be considered a change order or hourly (but are never undertaken without your approval). In all projects, though, we include at least one round of review so you have a chance to comment on our work and request changes under our original bid. It's important that we get the job done right, and round of review helps us do so.
We work under a signed contract or through a website that ensures contracts are honored. We ask for a mimimum of 25% deposit to reserve our time, and the remainder of payment within 30 days of completion.
We pride ourselves on meeting deadlines and making fast changes when you request them. We'll never tell you we can make a change in time if we can't, and we won't accept work that we cannot finish in a timely manner. Our ratings on Elance.com, and our clients' comments there, are the best proof our our excellent work.
